He is survived by: his wife Judy Cantillon; and his children, Rich Cantillon (Pam) of Blackwell, Oklahoma, Candy Karpe of Bixby, Oklahoma, Kim Fordham (Shawn) of Rossville, Kansas, Dennis Tolle of Topeka, Kansas and Jodi Jordan of Rossville, Kansas.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
