She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob VanLeeuwen and Bertha VanLeeuwen (Jennings); her husband George A. Fager; her son Robert Eugene Fager; William Joseph Fager.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Fager (Erin) of Overland Park, Kansas, Stacey Fager (Jo) of Iola, Kansas and Emily Gronau (Mike) of Girard, Kansas; her daughter-in-law Cindy Fager of Traverse City, Michigan; and her grandchildren, Lauren, Sereta, Catrina, Robert Fager, Olivia, Holden Fager, Anna, Lily, Josie Gronau, Allie, Sam, Jackie and Ben Fager. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Graves Memorial Library or the Osage Mission Historical Society.
