With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marlene O Heaton of Saint Paul, Kansas, who passed away on June 13, 2025 at the age of 92. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Bradley and Esther Bradley (Collier); her husband Marvin L. Heaton; her son Kerry Heaton; and her siblings, Delbert Bradley, Winifred Morris and Kathleen Bradley.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Heaton of Pittsburg, Kansas, Marva Hardesty of Joplin, Denise Heaton of Arma and Janelle Bradshaw (Joe) of Girard. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM and on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Smith-Carson-Wall Funeral Home (518 W St John St, Girard, KS 66743). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Ozarks Memorial Park Cemetery (Branson, MO 65616).
