She was predeceased by: her brother Lloyd Eikelberger; her former husband Robert F. Johnson; her husband James F. Pugh; and her stepson Scott Pugh (Latda Pugh) of Salina. She is survived by: her children, Russell Kent Johnson (Margie Johnson) and Janelle Anette Johnson (Robert F. Johnson).
