He was predeceased by: his parents, Carla Sue Knight and Rene Hunter "Skip" Knight; and his brother Bradley Eugene Knight. He is survived by: his brothers, Ronald and Daniel Knight (Lisa); his nephews, Bradley Knight (Aimee), Craig Knight (Tricia) and Chase Knight (Rylie); his niece Danielle Kinsey (Zachary); his aunt Linda Shadel; and his great-aunt Phyllis McDowell. He is also survived by many cousins and eight great-nephews and four great-nieces.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Roselawn Memorial Park (1920 E Crawford St, Salina, KS 67401).
