He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Armstrong II and Ida M. Armstrong (Whittecar); and his siblings, Richard, Keith, John and Rosalie Berry.
He is survived by: his wife Linda K. Armstrong (Beach); his children, Andrea Swenson (Steve) and Chip Armstrong (Justin); his grandchildren, Danielle Shelton (Brandon), Ashley Swenson and Ashlynn Armstrong; his children, Addison, Gavin and Ember Shelton; and his sisters, Charlotte Bell, Betty Hohl and Irene Sheffield.
