He is survived by: his husband Randal Dennis Bunker; his siblings, Doug Burch (Millie), Gilbert Burch (Judy), Timothy Burch (Elaine), Avereil Boyer (Charlie) and Billie Joy Waggoner; his brother-in-law Don Merriman; the mother of his children Amanda Cain (Duane); his grandchild Erin Burch Keller; his mother-in-law Maureen K. Bunker; his siblings-in-law, Krystal Pickering (Randall) and Ron Bunker (Kristine); and his close friends, Eric Blomquist, Steve Britt, David Kueter, Larry Bunker, Gary Martins, Mike Gorrell, Steve Henoch, Heather Bunker, Wesley Greenwood and Greg Daily. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
