He was predeceased by: his parents, John White and Rosa White (Muchow); and his brothers, Clyde and Dean. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his son Mike (Terri); his stepchildren, Cris and Scott; his grandchildren, Jamie, Brayden and Trinady; his great great grandchild Liberty; his stepchildren, Brad, Dan and Shelly; his grandchild Dallas; and his brother Malcolm.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorials to the Cardiac Nursing Department at Wesley Medical Center.
