He is survived by: his wife Alice (Flax); and his children, Kevin (Connie), David (Jennifer), Karla Weimer (Martin), Karen Knoll and Erica Schulz. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
A rosary was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Cathedral (118 N 9th St, Salina, KS 67401). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. The inurnment was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Aloysius Cemetery.
