He is survived by: his wife Jane (Buere); his stepsons, John Campbell (Melissa), Bill Campbell (Bridget) and Cody Campbell (Mariah); his children, Jonathan Kinney and Melissa Kinney; his sisters, Julie West (Phil) of Klamath Falls, OR and Cheryl Courtney (Todd); and his nieces and nephews, Chris Olivier (Mary), Shawn Olivier (Amra), Daniel Olivier, Ryan Olivier (Katie), Taylor Courtney (Jessica) and Samantha Miller (Jake).
