He was predeceased by: his parents, Ladislao Vega and Olivia Vega (Lujan); and his grandson A. J.. He is survived by: his children, Amos Vega and Miranda Brown (Aaron); his grandchildren, Christian, Chloe Vega, Derek Knapp (Lillie), Avery Allen, Lainey Rian, Graham Ethan, Genevieve Rose and Ava Amalie Olivia Brown; his siblings, Nora Vega-Mans (Michael) and Edward Vega; and his nephews, Joseph (Kaley), Michael and Dominic Mans.
