We are sad to announce that, on August 4, 2022, at the age of 91, Eula Elisabeth Oxandale in Salina, Kansas, born in Sabetha, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Bixby and Theda Bixby; her husband Warren Oxandale; and her son Timothy Oxandale. She is survived by: her children, Marcia Troutfetter (George) of Salina, Brian Oxandale Salina (Kim) and Brad Oxandale (Sherry); her brother Robert (Penny); and her daughter Eula. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
