She is survived by: her mother Ruth Self (Breitweiser); her sons, Matthew Storrer of Salina and Jonathan Rush (Kiara Espada) of McPherson; her siblings, Dennis Self (Angie) of Salina and Marie Self of Aurora, Colo.; her foster sister Debbie Elliot of Tega Cay, S. C.; and her nephew Jason Self of Kingwood, Texas..
