He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford A. Stithem and Bessie Rosalie Stithem (Smee). He is survived by: his brothers, Ronald and Gerald; his wife Rejeana; his son Terry; his siblings, Jack and Reta Cain (Charlie); his stepchildren, Kenny, Karlena and Katie Miller; and his stepgrandchildren, Jess Meyer and Jamie Meyer (Chelsie).
