Visitation was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Ryan Mortuary (137 N 8th St, Salina, KS 67401). A graveside service was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Gypsum Hill Cemetery (2020 E Iron Ave, Salina, KS 67401).

“Rodney, Ann, and Bryan, I am so sorry for your loss. Gerold was a longtime (55 yrs) resident here at Apollo Gardens and my neighbor for 30 years. When I moved in, he was very helpful in my learning the routine. I was able to help him when he was diagnosed with bladder cancer but we couldn't control it. Gerold was persistent and will be remembered trying to re-assemble his vertical blinds in his front window. I offered him coupons for having it done but he insisted he could do it.”
