He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank L. Cunningham and Monta Cunningham (Mathews); and his siblings, Albert and Roberta. He is survived by: his wife Jo; his children, Kimberly Cunningham, Skip Cunningham (Kim Ann) and Bob Cunningham; his siblings, Jerry Cunningham and Becky Schnee; and his grandchildren, Chip (Angie), Christy, Trey (Alicia), Kyle (Brie), Caity (Lance) and Courtney. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
