He is survived by: his siblings, Carol LaRue of Jay, OK., Doreen Shea of Topeka, KS and Gary Frantz of Scottsdale, AZ.; his stepson Jeremy Berg of Tempe, AZ.; and his friends, Kevin, Roger Wood and Helen McClanahan.
