He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther Kasper and Wallace "Wally" Kasper; and his brother Michael "Mike" Kasper. He is survived by: his sister Jacquelyn "Jacque" Kasper of Tucson, Arizona; his children, Norman Kasper of Abilene and Emma Kasper of Salina, Kansas; and his grandchildren, Maura Newton, Aubree Kasper and Charlotte Kasper.
