He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Kuntz and Arlene Kuntz (Thiel). He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay; his children, Brian Kuntz (Dana) of Paola and Kristie Hutchinson (Frankie) of Manhattan, Kansas.; his grandchildren, Caeleb, Jack, Vivian, Logan, Bo and Charlie; and his siblings, Larry Kuntz (Anita) of California, Bob Kuntz (Janet) of Abilene and Linda Jensen of Salina.
The family suggests memorials be given to the American Liver Foundation.
