With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Janice Lynn Smith of Salina, Kansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by : her mother Eunice McKivergan (Pitts); her husband Curtis Smith; and her brother Marty Lampe. She is survived by : her sons, Chris Teschke (Kristin), Rob Teschke (Chrystie), Charley Smith and Sam Smith (Shannon); her grandchildren, Cooper Teschke (Alexcis), Maddie Bowles (Keenan), Abigail Teschke, Calahan Smith, Arianna Richard and Aubrey Richard; and her siblings, John McKivergan, Delane Lampe and Tavanna Pesicka.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ryan Mortuary (137 N 8th St, Salina, KS 67401). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the United Presbyterian Church (303 Best St, Jetmore, KS 67854). A burial was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at the Fairmount Cemetery.
