It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy S. Davis of Salina, Kansas, who passed away on August 4, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jimmy S. Davis to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Melissa; his father Leroy Vargas; his siblings, John Vargas, Laura Cannon and Patti Tyler; and his brother-in-law Kevin Wilson.
He is survived by: his daughter Amanda; his mother Mary Vargas of Salina; his siblings, Michael Davis of Delaware, Leroy Vargas of Salina, Maria Koury of Pennsylvania, Rachel Rock of Salina and Amy Vargas-Wilson of Salina, Kansas.; and his close friends, Georgeann and Kenny. He is also survived by his grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ryan Mortuary (137 N 8th St, Salina, KS 67401).
