John Loy Obituary
The memory of John Loy of Salina, Kansas, who passed away on June 10, 2025 at the age of 84, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Though John may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those John touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David E. Loy and Lucille M. Loy; and his son John David Loy II. He is survived by: his wife Betty Loy of Yukon, OK; his brothers, Richard Loy (Ann) of Elbert, CO and Mike Loy (Debbie) of Salina, KS; his daughter Deanne Tate (Gary) of Mustang, OK; and his granddaughter Gabby Tate of Mustang, OK. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Resurrection Chapel (7801 Northwest Expy, Oklahoma City, OK 73132).
