He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lester and Kathryn Louise Struble (Brick); and his brother James Robert Struble. He is survived by: his wife Linda Lee Struble (Gravatt); his children, John David Struble Jr. (Amy) of Abilene, Lisa Anne Gayheart (Jim) of Wasilla, Alaska and Bryan James Struble (Jill) of Salina; and his grandchildren, Heather Struble of Abilene, Grant Dorsey of Salina and Tasha Struble of Abilene.
