He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Gustavson and Natalie Gustavson; his former wife Maryanne Gustavson; and his brother Mike. He is survived by: his children, Gina Turner, Bryan Gustavson, Travis Gustavson (Casey), Dillian, Ryan and Brody; his wife Chelsea; his children, Gavin, Ryder, Deegan, Kylie, Cade, Connor and Chase; his sister Kathy Ratcliff; and his nieces and nephews, Jesse Ratcliff and Vanessa Gustavson.
