He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his son David (Julie); his grandchildren, Eleanor Zhukenova (Sarah), Amelia (Ellis Morgan), Luke (Maleena Hatfield), Caroline Dunlap (Kai Zimmerman), Gary Schmidt and Diana Kleidosty (Joe); his siblings, Donna Poort and Evans Dunlap (Jackie); and his niece Chris Johnson (Randy).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ryan Mortuary (137 N 8th St, Salina, KS 67401).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to First United Methodist Church or the Salvation Army of Salina, KS.
