He was predeceased by: his mother Marietta Siverling (Reed); and his nephew Jesse Perkinson. He is survived by: his father Don Siverling of Salina; and his siblings, David Perkinson (Loretta) of Salina, Michael Siverling of Chicago, Wayne Siverling (Sherie) of Wichita Falls, Texas and Shelly Grandy (Steve) of Salina.
