She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Johnson and Lillian Johnson (Jensen); and her husband Charles "Mike" Lewis. She is survived by: her sons, Dave Lewis (Joanne) and Steve Lewis; her grandchildren, Colter Lewis, Lexie Lewis, Erica Lewis and Garrett Lewis; her great grandchildren, Leah Lewis and Morgan Lewis; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Cameron Bowden and Kylee Bowden; and her great great grandchildren, Evelyn Martin and Isabella Hyden.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Interim Healthcare of Salina, an organization that provided support and care.
