She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Riggs and Anna Riggs; her husband John O. Stramel; and her siblings, Charles, Eunice and Yvonne.
She is survived by: her daughter Rachel Elsen (Dennis); her siblings, Leonard (Carol) of Wichita, James (Sandy) of Lincoln, Nebraska and Evelyn of Escondido, California; and her grandchildren, Haley Dreith (Allen), Brianna Elsen and Lacy Elsen. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
