He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Walton and Grace Walton (Bestwick); his wife Sharon Walton; his stepfather Floyd Bestwick; his children, Marvin Walton Jr., Rita Johnson and Kim Rogers; his great grandchild Ezekiel Villefranc; his sister Patricia Walton; his brother-in-law Tom Keene; and his nephew Dale Walton Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Shari Jackson of Salina, Vickie Jackson of Salina, Mike Jackson of Salina, Vanda Neely of Okla and Dale Walton Sr. of La; his grandchildren, Allysa, Cierra, Trevor, Chelsey and Kiersten; his children, Kayden, Emma, Kyzer, Kysen, Kamdyn, Aubrey, Mila, Berklie, Jenna and Astrid; his sister Joan Keene; and his pet Juniper. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
