He is survived by: his wife Kerry Chaput (Veltman); his sons, Chad (Sara) and Matt (Kristen); his grandchildren, Bria, Emma, Ella and Easton; his in-laws, Ken and Jody Veltman; and his siblings, Dennis (Sharon), Tom (Dorothy), Ken (Becky), Susie Adams (Dave) and Mark (Kathy).
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Georgetown Santas Christmas Fund, care of Ryan Mortuary, Salina.
