He was predeceased by: his father Bill Carlin. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie; his sons, Cooper, Zachary and Brooks; his mother Phyliss Werth; and his siblings, Stephanie Gooden, Kendra Carlin and Ryan Carlin (Danielle).
