He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Phillips and Carol Phillips (McNally); and his brother Tony Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Lil (Markley); his sons, Scott Phillips (Gerri) and Toby Phillips; his stepchildren, Troy Lubbers, Deanna Clark, Amy Yanez (Jamie) and Laura Derowitsch (Ryan); and his siblings, Karon Holcom, Diana Caiello (Ricky), Janet Crowe (John) and Harry Phillips (Lisa). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
