She was predeceased by: her parents, Charley Heath and Pat Heath (Bell); her siblings, Charley Ford, Rick, Larry and Gail Otto; and her great grandchild Bryden.
She is survived by: her brother Mike Heath; her daughters, Tricia Ann Grace (Duane) and Lisa Marie Rezabek (Rick); her grandchildren, Tyler, Tray, CharlieAnn, GunnerKye and GaterKye; her great grandchildren, BrasiKye, CharLeeKye, Bodie and Bane; and her siblings-in-law, Randy Otto and Mary Heath. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
