He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Myra Polly and Willie "Bill" Polly; his grandparents, Bertha and Clare Sneath; his sister Marilyn Myers; his children, Nathaniel Polly, Sylvia Polly (Justin Covington), William Polly (Natalie), Andrea Polly (John Rudd) and Rena Cox (Brad); his stepson Shannon Hutton; his grandchildren, Ethan, Hunter, Brooklin Hughes, Victor, Nina Vazquez, Hiram, Nayalie, Ava Polly and Alannah Polly; his wife Mitzi Mullen-Polly; his brother-in-law Dale Myers; his nephews, Wes and Greg Myers; his family, Joy, Gina, Jared, Helen, Whittney, Page, Traci, Kelly, Mayra, Tonya and Valentine Hailey; Anita Ahlquist.
