He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Earley and Elgie Mae Earley; his daughter Janet Mae Earley; and his siblings, Don Earley and Mary Weaver.

He is survived by : his wife Beate Kubler; his brother Marvin Earley (Concordia); his sons, Jeffrey, Robert (Kelli) of Salina and James (Annetta) of Kirchhausen, Germany.; and his grandchildren, Mindy Earley (Salina), Sabrina, Tamara Earley, Khasmen Weers (Salina), Danny Morrison (Bennington), Hunter Vogan (Salina), Chasyn Vogan (Manhattan) and Mia Earley (Salina). He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
