He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Marshall Perry, Sr. and Irma Jean Perry (Van Ness); his brothers, Billy Perry and David Perry; and his grandmother Irma Van Ness.

He is survived by: his brother Bryan Perry (Linda Suelter); and his girlfriend Angela Sanders.
