With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Rodene C. Brooks in Salina, Kansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rodney Trimble and Gladys Trimble (Deschand); her husband Alvin G. Brooks; her brother Gene Trimble; and her nephew Gary Headley.
She is survived by: her children, Alvi Bowman of Wichita, KS, Carol Simoneau of Derby, KS, Wayne Brooks (Jackie) of Winfield, KS and Del Brooks (Michelle) of Manhattan, KS.; and her grandchildren, Jeriad Bowman, LaShelle Bowman Heckart, Carrie Simoneau Heine, Cressie Simoneau Kearns, Brandon Brooks, Brittany Brooks, Jamie Brooks Fosburg and Kyle Brooks.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Clyde Community Center.
