With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Holcom of Salina, Kansas, born in Abilene, Kansas, who passed away on February 12, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Eshelman and Charlotte Eshelman; and her siblings, Karen Ruth Eshelman and Roy Cleason Eshelman. She is survived by: her close friend Gary Ackerman of Salina; her sons, Rusty Holcom of Lake Charles, LA and Aaron Holcom of Lake Charles, LA; her siblings, Ray Eshelman, Rex Eshelman and Rena Sterling of Stillwater, OK.; her granddaughters, Kurstin Holcom of Chicago, IL., Samantha Holcom, Lauren Holcom and Hannah Holcom; her great grandchildren, Myla Holcom, Hallie Holcom and Liam Basham; and her uncle Russell Swisher. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
