He is survived by: his wife Kimberlee; his children, Justin Owens (Jessica), Kyle Owens (Rachel) and Samantha Orr (Tim); his father Jack Owens; and his siblings, Dennis Owens (Kathy), Sally Sowell and Lori Gilmore (Jay). He is also survived by 5 granddaughters, 1 grandson, and several nieces and nephews.
