He was predeceased by: his father Joe Crenshaw; his grandparents, Albert, Albertine Crenshaw, J. S., Marie Minton and Al Moline; his mother Beverly Jean Crenshaw; and his son Scotty Crenshaw.

He is survived by: his children, Michael Crenshaw and Katy Crenshaw; his grandchildren, Sienna, John, Maddox and Isaac; his brothers, Kirby (Kathy) and Randy Crenshaw (Nancy); and his nieces, Kelly and Robin.
