It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Steven Arthur Balaun (Salina, Kansas), who passed away on November 29, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Eugene and Norma Lea Balaun (Cochran). He is survived by: his wife Jane Marie Opat; his daughters, Jenny R. Balaun of Salina and Courtney D. Balaun (Eric) of Augusta; his sister Katherine Lysell (Larry) of Overland Park; his uncle James Balaun (Carol) of Cleveland; and his aunt Hazel Ranney of Solomon. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
