He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Clark and Dorothy Clark. He is survived by: his wife Linda Cozyris; his sister Kimberly Clark of Salina; Kali, Trevor and Kristian Cozyris. He is also survived by several cousins, also by wife.

Memorials may be made to the family to help with final expenses.
