Wayne Westblade Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Westblade of Salina, Kansas, who passed away on January 9, 2026, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Westblade and Florence Westblade (Hall); his wife Erma Baker Westblade; his brother Howard Westblade; and his brother-in-law Mac Chrisy.

He is survived by: his daughters, Miriam Holzmeister (Greg) of Gypsum, KS and Rebecca Guthrie (Carl) of Noblesville, IN; his granddaughters, Rachel Byarlay (Aaron) of Quinter, KS, Victoria Jones (Brady) of Roxbury, KS and Morgan Guthrie of Noblesville, IN; his great grandchildren, Annabelle, Baylee Jones and Ariana Byarlay; and his siblings, Willard Westblade (Nancy) of Littleton, CO, Marlon Westblade of Cozumel, Virgie Christy of Lawrence, KS and Melanie Westblade of Belton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and sisters in law.
