He is survived by: his wife Lori; his pets, Capo, Willow and Miso; his mother-in-law Barbara Houdek; his mother Daisy Quon; his sisters, Darlene Sanchez (Richard) and Glenis Welzien (Dirk); his nephews, Christopher Sanchez (Katy) and Michael Sanchez (Vanessa); his niece Elisabeth Welzien (Wyatt Jager); his great-nieces, Fiona and Josie Sanchez; and his close friend Kim Bevington.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 1:30 PM at the First United Methodist Church (122 N 8th St, Salina, KS 67401).
