He was predeceased by: his parents, James Foley and Ruth Foley; and his wife Jolene Foley. He is survived by: his children, Rachel Everett (Ace), James and Jessica Foley; his grandchildren, Jeri Smitt, Ansen, Aiden, Aaron, Chevelle Everett, Dylan and Brent Drumm; his sisters, Virginia Foley and Pat Flatequal (Roger); and his sister-in-law Karen Foster (Curtis). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ryan Mortuary (137 N 8th St, Salina, KS 67401). A rosary will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Saline County ARC or to Rachel for the benefit of Williams Children.
