With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Varnadore (Salina, Kansas), born in Blackstock, South Carolina, who passed away on July 17, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Ella Estes; his former wife Geanne Johannes; and his daughter Bobbie G. Varnadore. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Varnadore of Salina, KS; his children, Nathan, Kelly Varnadore of Bennington, KS, Johnny, Cora Varnadore of Salina, KS, Michelle Tomes of Wichita, KS and Amanda Ratliff of North Carolina; his sister Sissy Walters Vinson; his grandchildren, Logan (Kendra), Alexis (Victor), Karli (Jacob), Zach, Tori (Dustin), Jacob, Blake, McKayla (James), Travis (Laurel), Glorianna, Tre, Lenora, Jessica McBride, Brianna McBride, Brooklyn Varnadore and Kayden Varnadore; his great grandchildren, Manny, Cambria, Elena, Maddox, Kohen, Malakai, Connor, Olivia, Mickenzie, Aiden, Wyatt, Asher, Anthony Oddra and Annalize McBride; and his close friend Carl.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association in honor of William's memory.
