He was predeceased by : his parents, Clark Deaton and Bonnie Deaton (Besinger); and his siblings, James Deaton, Ida Mae Morris, Jack Deaton and Nancy Beckett.
He is survived by : his children, Stephanie Zanghi (Ardon) of Satanta and Kurt Deaton (Brenda) of Liberal. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
