She was predeceased by : her parents, Elmer Danielson and Ida Danielson (Sundgren); her children-in-law, Larry Olsen and Shirley Sandell; and her brother Kenneth Danielson (Irene).

She is survived by : her husband Charles "Pat" Sandell; her children, Dan Sandell (Beckey) and Lola Olsen of Scandia; and her grandchildren, Emily Hoesing (Clair) of Beatrice, Anne Simms (Jim) of Daykin, Kenny Sandell (Tessa) of Harvard, Lana Thayer (Randy) of Scandia, Stacey Runft (Bruce) of Scandia and Ryan Olsen of Shenyang. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.

Memorials may be given to Meadowlark Hospice or Scandia United Methodist Church.
