He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmer "Red" Miller and Thelma Barnett Miller. He is survived by: his daughters, Andrea (Layne Tucker) and Ashlee Moses of Oakley; his grandchildren, Austin (Justice Rios), Jake Moses of LaCrosse, Bo Moses of Oakley and Hannah Tucker of Manhattan; his great grandchild Lumi Rios of Dighton; his sisters, Cozette (Van Buckner) and Cynthia Lee Miller (Huxley Nixon); and his nieces, Jennifer Turpin of Plano, Stephanie Turpin Brown of Frisco and Cameron Turpin Valentine of Breckenridge, Colorado..
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Price & Sons Funeral Home (401 S Washington St, Scott City, KS 67871). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM and at 2:00 PM at the Western Kansas Child Advocacy Center (401 S Washington St, Scott City, KS 67871).
