In the sacred silence of farewell, JoDe is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Rowe and Maudie Rowe; her husband James Appel; and her brothers, Craig and Butch Rowe.

She is survived by: her siblings, Penny Andrasek, Janice Herndon, Beverly Yeager (Curtis) and Bruce Rowe (Rose). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the VFW Auxiliary in JoDe's memory.
